End of Summer High School Running Retreat
This year’s retreat will be at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO and run from Wednesday, July 29th through Saturday, August 1st. We’ll have an itinerary posted by the end of the week and the payment link is below. We have room for 40 athletes to attend and, so far, about 28 have committed to coming. Please complete the payment link and registration forms below!

Long Run at Waterton Canyon- This Saturday!
Our long run will be held at Waterton Canyon on Saturday! Waterton is a runner’s paradise. Crushed dirt/gravel roads through a winding canyon with plenty of wildlife to see. We meet at the Audubon Center. Address below! Please try and carpool as parking can get limited!
Wednesday Practice Moved to the Afternoon
For the rest of the summer, Wednesday practices are moving to the afternoon will begin at 5pm. We are doing this to facilitate team socials at Swirls on Wednesday afternoons. A Legend XC tradition!

Tuesday- Threshold Workout
Location: Ray J. Harvie Open Space- 22417 Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)
Wednesday Night- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Legend Track
Time: 5pm-6:30pm
Optional Team Social After Practice: No-Weight Wednesdays at Swirls on Mainstreet
Thursday- Threshold Workout + Plyos/Speed Development
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)
Friday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-9:30am
Saturday- Long Run- Waterton Canyon
Location: Waterton Canyon Audubon Center- 11280 Waterton Rd, Littleton, CO 80125
Time: 7:30am-9:30am (Starting early due to heat)
