End of Summer High School Running Retreat
Please click here to complete the interest form for our end of summer running retreat. This year’s retreat will be at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO and run from Wednesday, July 29th through Saturday, August 1st.

This is where we will do our team goal setting, individual goal setting and bond as a team!

It is open to all incoming 9-12th graders attending Legend!

IF YOU HAVEN’T COMPLETED THIS YEAR, PLEASE DO SO ASAP!

Mid-Summer Racing Opportunity
If you’re interested in a competitive fitness/progress check, Denver Athletics is hosting their final all-comers community track meet this Friday night at Englewood High School. These types of races can be great for breaking up summer training and seeing where you are at! We’re about a month away from the start of the season. If you do sign up, we recommend racing the mile.

Wednesday Practice Moved to the Afternoon
For the rest of the summer, Wednesday practices are moving to the afternoon will begin at 4pm. We are doing this to facilitate team socials at Swirls on Wednesday afternoons. A Legend XC tradition!

Tuesday- Threshold Workout + Plyos/Speed Development
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)

Wednesday Night- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Legend Track
Time: 4pm-5:30pm

Optional Team Social After Practice: No-Weight Wednesdays at Swirls on Mainstreet

Thursday- Hills!
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)


Friday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-9:30am

Saturday- 7/11 Run
Location: Salisbury Park
Time: 7:30am-9:30am (Starting early due to heat)
