Summer Week 4 (June 29)
Happy Sunday! It’s July 4th Week and the midpoint of our summer. We will take a short, mid-summer break from Friday-Monday this upcoming week but I do have training posted for you to do on their own!

End of Summer High School Running Retreat
Please click here to complete the interest form for our end of summer running retreat. This year’s retreat will be at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO and run from Wednesday, July 29th through Saturday, August 1st.

This is where we will do our team goal setting, individual goal setting and bond as a team!
It is open to all incoming 9-12th graders attending Legend!

Team Breakfast- This Thursday- After Practice
The Coaches decided a little team breakfast was in order to celebrate the midpoint of our summer! We’d love to see as many of you come to breakfast as possible!
After practice, we’ll meet at the Panera Bread on 20 Mile. Bring your own cash :)
Practice Schedule (Week of June 29th):
Monday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-9:30am
Tuesday- Progression Run + Plyos/Speed Development
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)
Wednesday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-9:30am
Thursday- Threshold Workout
Location: Ray Harvie Open Space (22417 Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138)
Time: 8am-10am (No Weights- TEAM BREAKFAST INSTEAD)
Team Breakfast: 10:30am-11:30am at Panera Bread on 20 Mile
Optional but we’d love to have a big group go and get breakfast together after a tough workout! Bring your own cash :)
