Summer Week 3 (June 22)

Happy Sunday! I apologize for the late update after an early flight out of Eugene and a busy day back home. I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day!

Below is the practice schedule and update for this week!

End of Summer High School Running Retreat
Please click here to complete the interest form for our end of summer running retreat. This year’s retreat will be at the YMCA in Estes Park, CO and run from Wednesday, July 29th through Saturday, August 1st.

Interest Form

This is where we will do our team goal setting, individual goal setting and bond as a team!

It is open to all incoming 9-12th graders attending Legend!

The interest form MUST BE completed by Friday, June 26th.

Nike Outdoor Nationals Re-Cap
We had a great weekend in Eugene with some solid performances and one new School Record!

Our 4xMile finished 15th in the Championship Division against some of the best teams in the country!

The 4×800 team also showed out and finished 11th in the Emerging Elite Division!

Thomas Marchand competed in the Emerging Elite 2 Mile and is coming home with a new School Record! He finished in 9:17.38 for the full 2 Mile with a 9:14.31 3200m en route!

Tuesday- Over/Under Hills+ Plyos/Speed Development
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)

Wednesday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-9:30am

Thursday- Threshold Workout
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)


Friday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-9:30am

Saturday- Long Run
Location: Writer’s Vista Park (1900 W Mineral Ave, Littleton, CO 80120)
Time: 8am-9:45am
