Happy Sunday Monday! Hope everyone had a nice long weekend!

We’re ONE WEEK AWAY from official track practice starting and TWO WEEKS from our first track meet of the season.

If you haven’t already, check the Legend XC and Track website and note important dates for the upcoming track season, especially over spring break.

LAST PRE-SEASON RACE THIS WEEKEND

The last chance to get a pre-season meet in is this weekend!

If you’ve been training with us this winter and are in town for this meet, we expect you to participate as it’s a good gage of current fitness and a chance to break up the monotony of winter training!

Colorado Classic Pre-Season Meets

This is an outdoor meet but on an abbreviated schedule. Every year there is great competition for these meets from the South Metro area.

You can sign up for the last one on 2/21 HERE

Please consult a coach on which event you should do before signing up!

Entries are due by FRIDAY AT NOON!

Monday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: OYO
Time: OYO

Tuesday- Hill Session + Weights (5-6pm)
Location: Meet at Legend Track (Tallman for Workout)
Time: 3:15pm-6:00pm

Wednesday- Easy Run + Speed Dev + Hurdle Mobility (BRING RACING SPIKES AND/OR VAPERFLYS)
Location: Legend Track
Time: 3:15pm-5:00pm

Thursday- Threshold Session (BRING RACING SPIKES AND/OR VAPERFLYS) + Weights (5-6pm)
Location: Legend Track (Soccer Fields for Workout)
Time: 3:15pm-6:00pm


Friday- Easy Run + Hurdle Mobility
Location: Legend Track
Time: 3:15pm-5:00pm

Saturday- Colorado Classic Pre-Season Meet #2 or Long Run OYO
Location: 4401 E Arapahoe Rd, Littleton, CO 80122

Time: 8am until ~2:00pm
