Summer Week 1 (June 8)

Happy Sunday! We’re excited to kick everything off tomorrow morning at Tallman Park at 8am!

This weekly blog will be your go-to source for information this summer as we train. Each Sunday, usually before noon, we will post an update for the week with practice locations, practice schedule, event announcements and other important information!

Please make sure you have completed all three parts of sign up (USATF Membership, Hilltop Waiver, Hilltop Sign Up). Please reach out to Coach Hines and Coach Acosta with any questions :)

Monday- Easy Run + Strides + Game
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-9:30am

Tuesday- Tempo Run Workout
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)

Wednesday- Easy Run + Strides
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-9:30am

Thursday- Easy Run + Plyos/Speed Development (NON Workout)
Location: Legend Track
Time: 8am-10am (Weights 11:15am-12pm)


Friday-Prediction Mile Contest + Post-Run Watermelon
Location: Tallman Park
Time: 8am-10am

Saturday- Long Run
Location: Two Bridges Open Space (8038 Bayou Gulch Rd, Franktown, CO 80116)
Time: 8am-10am
